
13 Dec BUILDING COSTS PREDICTED TO EASE IN 2023
The overall impact of recent years floods, bushfires, conflict and pandemics are all too familiar but finally some good news, especially for Victorians…..the last couple of years have been tough with soaring material prices fueled by scarcity and an increased demand seeing construction costs escalating year-on-year.
However there are positive signs on the horizon for new home builders and refurbishments with forecasts that construction costs are set to ease substantially in 2023 with softening material costs, ease on demand and overall stabilisation of supply, manufacturing and logistics.
